Cancellation & Refunds

At Royal Makhana (Mithio Agri Foods), we strive to ensure every packet reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can arise. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, please email us at info@royalmakhana.org with your Order ID.
• If the order has already been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences.

Returns are only accepted if:

• You received a damaged or unsealed packet.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has expired at the time of delivery.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved (for damaged/wrong items), we will initiate a refund.

• Online Payments: The amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery: We will request your bank details to transfer the amount within 7 business days.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you have received a damaged item, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to info@royalmakhana.org.
